"Decent Product, But Support Needs Work"
This product is alright; it performs like most CC's out there. But when it comes to enhancements and support, I gotta give it a single star. I submitted two enhancement requests two years back, and neither has been put into action yet. We're not talking about fancy features here; these are just basic functions.
1. The option to choose between auto answer or manual answer.
2. The ability to change an agent's username.
Overall, it's a good product, but the aftercare is lacking.

"This company ignored my requests to..."
This company completely disregarded my pleas to quit sending me emails and making calls. I eventually threw in the towel and asked them, 'What sets your product apart?' before I had to mention my lawyer in yet another conversation. Their response was, 'It enhances customer service.' Honestly, this feels like a ridiculous hard sell.

"Positive Journey with NICE inContact"
My journey with NICE inContact has been quite good. Over the past couple of years using CXone and collaborating with NICE, I've noticed significant growth and beneficial changes in their tools and processes. I really appreciate the folks on the NICE team that I interact with, and our assigned TAM provides outstanding service. CXone keeps evolving, and it's been great to witness the enhancements in the products our team utilizes.

"Decent bang for your buck in certain situations"
You can listen, coach, or transfer calls with ease. Most tasks are pretty straightforward. It's also handy to retrieve both calls and chats later on. Occasionally, you might find yourself logged out unexpectedly, forcing you to restart everything. The user interface is user-friendly, though it could be a bit smoother. Overall, it offers decent value for your money, but often you might feel otherwise.

"RoboDialer Review"
For quite a while, we've been utilizing inContact, and overall, it's been pretty solid. Sure, we run into a few small hiccups with the call routing, but the features are really on point, particularly the robodialer.
"Fantastic Tool for Contact Centers"
This is an awesome tool for connecting with Salesforce. Our team really digs the ease of the built-in dialer. We can run big outbound campaigns and meet the needs of all our clients.
It provides most of the features we require to connect with our customers and gather their input. The admin tools are super useful, letting our supervisors keep an eye on and report communications. The reporting tools give us valuable metrics and help us establish SLAs for both the week and the month.
All in all, we’re thrilled with our decision to go with InContact for our contact center software.

"Five Years as a Customer"
Having been a customer for five years, I can say that the service, response, and quality generally meet my expectations, but they don’t really go above and beyond. I've worked with different Account Managers, Technical Account Managers, and other support folks assigned to our account, and the frequent changes create extra work for me. I end up having to get the new person familiar with our business processes, technical issues, and agreements. While I do appreciate them as our telecom provider, it sure would be great to have more consistent service.

It's been quite the ride, and while we've faced some bumps, I’m giving you all 5 stars for your reliability. You've really been a big help, and I've picked up a lot along the way. Your improvements show that you genuinely care about your customers, and I appreciate how you address our concerns.
InContact is a fantastic tool to kick things off with.
"Support After Purchase is Just Terrible..."
The support after purchase is just terrible, especially for customers in Europe. The software is unreliable, with constant crashes and dropped calls, plus the audio quality is lacking. This wouldn't be my go-to system. If the problems we're facing are linked to our setup, Incontact offers no help in figuring out what's wrong or how to resolve it. Definitely not on my holiday card list!

"No app is perfect"
No app is perfect, so I can't hand out a full 5 stars. inContact has really stepped up its game in enhancing their platform and how they deal with customers. They keep you in the loop about outages, whether they affect business or not, and any issues that need escalation get the right focus.

"Solid Platform, Holding Up Well During Cova19"
This platform seems to be solid, and the support team is quick to tackle any problems that pop up. We've noticed some occasional hiccups with MAX and the softphone feature, but considering the current COVA19 situation, it's functioning quite nicely. All the infrastructure and systems are under pressure with various connections for folks working from home.

"InContact System: A Solid Choice"
The InContact system is a fantastic piece of software that lets users make calls via their computer and also has the capability to record all conversations for quality assurance. The conferencing feature enables three-way calls, which is pretty handy. It would be even better if it could support more than three participants in a conference. Overall, I'm quite pleased with the InContact software.
